Ghosts
A book cover concept utilizing an image from a collection of images I have found on the walls and worktables of scene shops. They are random bits of paint made without any intent; accidental marks; evidence of energy spent. I photograph them whenever I see them because they have a magical quality to them, as if they were painted by something from the beyond, when everyone else was busy painting in the here and now.
This one is overspray residue on a plastic sheet, which was draped on the wall to protect it.
